My weekly amount "grossed up" is $448.08 and breaks down to about $11.20 a hour if I was working outside of the home.

Looking ahead, I listed 24 new items on eBay this week. If you are considering selling any spring clothes, now is the time to begin!! I also requested some samples (and received some too!!), sent off for my $120 in P&G coupons, and I am pleased to report that I cashed out 50 Swagbucks, and have a $5 Starbucks gift card on the way. I'll keep you posted, and track it when it arrives.

Wishing you a great week of making and saving money!! Any questions about some of my savings or earnings? Please ask!

The Crazy Weather Here In North Texas

Yesterday was a beautiful day here in North Texas. It reached 69 degrees! Today it's in the 60's again, so the kids and I got out and weeded the rose bed. Well I weeded, they played. Here's a picture of some crazy bulbs I have coming up. They bloom early every year, since we often have days in the 60's and/or 70's January, February and March. The weather here is crazy! Last week we had an ice storm...

I'll do my weekly recap in a bit!

Kroger Catalinas Jan 30 - Feb 22, 2009

While at Kroger last night, I had an info coupon/catalina spit out. Catalina's or "OYNO" are the receipts that spit out at checkout. At Walgreens they are called Register Rewards. At Kroger, they always say "save $x.xx off you next order", hence the "OYNO". Whatever you call them, I call it free money! They can be used on pretty much anything on your next trip, except gift cards, "booze and smokes", stamps, etc.

Here's what running this month:

General Mills Fruit Shapes, By the Foot, Gushers & Roll-Ups AND
Nature Valley Granola Bars

Buy 3, get $1.50 oyno
Buy 4, get $2.50 oyno
Buy 5, get $3.50 oyno

Amour Meatballs

Buy 4, get $2.00 oyno

These just started, so if you learn about any other Kroger catalina/oyno deals, please let me know. I'll add to the post and give you credit. :)

Deal Alert!! Thanks to Stephanie at Hopping With Joy, I added Amour Meatballs to the catalina list. And...she pointed out that the Nature Valley granola bars are part of the Mega Event this week (until Feb 3) for $2.19 and the Armour Meatballs are $1.99 (Mega Event) . Throw some coupons in there and you have an awesome deal. Thanks Stephanie!! :)

There are many other deals and steals this week at Kroger, these are just some of my favorites. I saved $33.21 on this trip. $3.95 just with the eCoupons, do you load them before you shop? I hope so. There were lots more loaded since last week, so check each week. I met my Fuel Rewards goal as well and filled up my tank, saving $1.93 on my gas. Yay Kroger!
