Wylie Mom's Weekly Recap-Week 8

Eeek! I'm late with my weekly recap! Yesterday was hubby's birthday and we went to the zoo (for free since we're zoo members). Here's how week 8 turned out.

Savings, detailed below - $123.95

- CVS & Krogers $82.95
- Redbox $1.00
- I cut hubby's & both kids hair at home $40.00 (rough estimate)

eBay Sales - $138.24

Misc. Income, detailed below - $61.93

- $10.00 for a CVS survey last month, I was paid with ECB here.
- $3.24 was deposited into PayPal from BigCrumbs.
- $25.00 Target gift card was received from MyPoints. Send me an e-mail at wyliemom@live.com if you'd like 250 bonus points for signing up!!
- $20.00 check received from a confidential panel that hubby and I are on.
- $3.69 check from Kellogg's Smart Start rebate.

Weekly Impact - $324.12
Year To Date - $1,916.32

The weekly amount grossed up is $432.16. Divided by 40 hours a week and I "made" $10.80 an hour. You can read about my "grossing up" and my 2009 goals here. The YTD amount grossed up is $2,555.09.

To keep the ball rolling, I listed 22 new eBay items, requested samples, took a few surveys and continued to clip and organize my coupons. I also made a few calls and made some adjustments to our monthly bills. I'm not going to track in on my "weekly tracking", but I'm saving us $60 a month. That's $720 a year! Overall, I would say last week was a good week.

Have a great (money making /saving) week!!!
