New $5/$30 CVS Coupon For Taking A Quiz Plus A $5/$20!!!

This is pretty fun news!! CVS has a new Medicare Part D quiz on their website. For taking the quiz you'll be rewarded with a $5/$30 CVS coupon.

Before I shop at CVS, I usually check the I Heart CVS site. Today, I found a link to this $5/$20 CVS coupon. Woot woot! Thanks Erika!!
