Wylie Mom's Weekly Recap - Week 27 & 28

Where have I been??? Well, hubby was on vacation, then I took a mini trip with the kids to Oklahoma. Basically we were together as a family and enjoying the summer! Here's what the past 2 weeks have looked like while I was having fun.

Saved - $289.74

- $2.79 at Albertson's
- $20 at Buffalo Wild Wings (free gift card from hubby's work)
- $36.82 at CVS
- $30.13 at Kroger
- $8.27 at Chick-Fil-A (dressed up like cows on Friday)
- $200 saved staying with family on mini trip (no hotel...thanks AG!!)

eBay Sales - $156.79

Misc. Income - $12.99

- $2.99 Salad Finishers rebate
- $10.00 cash from Swagbucks via PayPal

Weekly Impact (2 weeks) - $459.52
Yearly Impact - $9,743.78

Favorite eBay sale...? I sold 2 Michael Jackson Thriller albums for about $75 (between the 2). Just showing you've got to strike while the iron is hot! Click here to see one of the listings.

If you sell on eBay, now is the time to think "back to school" and get those early fall listings ready. Jeans, light jackets, backpacks, uniforms pieces, etc. I'd start listing them in the next few weeks through August.

I sure hope everyone is having a great summer and not missing me too much. Be sure to keep up with the free sample requests, my mailbox has about one a day!

I'm a married, stay-at-home mom to two kiddos in grade school. I love to save money as much as I like to make it! Coupons, thrift stores? Lead the way! But wait....there's more! I have a BBA from University of Oklahoma and I was a banker and an accountant before I became a domestic goddess!
