Wylie Mom Shops CVS For $1.45 OOP!

I went into CVS yesterday on the hunt for more free school supplies. But, it seems all the early birds snagged all of the erasers, push pins, sticky notes & binder clips. Lucky them! Here's what I was thrilled to still find in stock:

Transaction #1

2 Kashi Cereal $6.67
Kashi TLC bars $3.33
2 Pilot Pen packs $1.98
2 Comp. Books $1.98
Colgate Total $2.88

minus

(2) $1.50 off Kashi Cereal printable coupon
$1.50 off a Kashi TLC snack when you buy Kashi GoLean Crunch printable coupon
$1.00 off Colgate Total newspaper coupon
$9.96 in ECB from last week

Total cash OOP = $1.45 and I got back $10.96 in Extra Care Bucks (ECB).

Transaction #2

2 Arm & Hammer Detergents $6.99

minus

(2) $1.00 off Arm & Hammer detergent printable coupons
$5.00 in ECB from transaction #1

ZERO cash out of pocket spent (OOP) and I got back $2 in ECB.

Overall, I spent $1.45 cash out of pocket and "lost" $2.04 in ECB (ending the week with $7.96). But, I saved a whopping $40.92 on these trips!! What did you get this week?

Holy Cow Angie! That's impressive. Good job!

Isn't it crazy how early the school supplies are getting bought up? They're more popular than the sales at Thanksgiving and Christmas!

I know Jennifer!! I looked at the ad Sunday night online and decided none of it was 8am important for me. :)
