What was the question? Click right here.
The register blocked me from getting the RR because I used a $2 RR from Windex last week, and was trying to get another RR in the same amount ($2) from the same company. SC Johnson (Windex) and Kimberly-Clark (Huggies) are the same I guess?????
The manager was VERY nice. She expressed a lot of frustration over the RR program. I'm sure it is hard for them, having to answer all these questions about the system they don't quite understand. It's way too complicated for the customers. I guess we should be keeping track of what company is a parent company of another to be an efficient shopper.
So, looks like I'll try to stay away from the Register Reward deals and Walgreens altogether unless it's REALLY straight forward or a rebate deal..........just when I was getting all excited about shopping there. Darn!! :(

I am anxious to see what you find out! I used a $2 off coupon for the pull ups and $10 in RR and still received my $2 back! Plus I had super terrific cosmetic lady check me out! Check out in cosmetics! Apparently they are trying to get rid of their jobs!
I never go to Walgreens....I was just thinking last week maybe I should start going. Thanks for the heads up...loooks like I'll stick to CVS!!
They certainly make their Register Reward program hard to understand!!
I decided to still shop there a little, maybe I'll learn some more "tricks and rules". I do always have good customer service....it's the registers I hate!
By the way, SC Johnson and Kimberly-Clark are not the same. They are both Wisonsin based companies but they are in non-competing consumer product categories and SCJ is privately owned versus KC being publically owned. Being from Wisconsin, i can tell you both companies are great, do the right things for their people, and do the right things for the people who buy them. Don;t believe me? Look them up in Google, and I think you will agree. - CJ from Milwaukee, WI
Thanks CJ! Now I'm even more upset with Walgreens. It seems they are just "making up the rules" as they go with the Register Rewards program.
