One More Walgreens Easy Saver Purchase-Jan 26

I ran into Walgreens for ink, but I'll get to that later. Here's what I came home with:

AutoExpressions Vent Fresh Elite Auto Air Freshner $4.99

Total OOP $5.40.

I submited my Walgreens Easy Saver rebate (rebate #2) for the $4.99 and will get a $.50 bonus for adding it to my Walgreens gift card. Plus, I submitted the Vent Fresh Mnfg. Rebate. So, I'll get another $4.99 back. Overall, I had a cash "loss" of $.41, but with the Walgreens rebate a profit of $5.07. Yay!

Back to the ink. Black ink is on sale at Walgreens this week for $5 and it's also a Easy Saver rebate item for January (#15 up to $5). The gentleman was very nice and tried twice to refill my cartridge, but it wouldn't print at the store. He gave it back to me full, for no charge and told me to work on it at home. I cleaned the cartidge a few times at home with a wet paper towel and voila! I got it to print. Double yay!
